Booking Policy
Once we have confirmed the availability of the preferred dates, it is necessary to deposit 30% in advance of the total cost of your stay, at least 14 days before your arrival, in order to confirm your reservation at Avaton Resort
The remaining 70% of the cost of accommodation is due upon arrival, during the check-in process.
Attention: Advance payment has the role of validating the reservation and without it, the reservation is considered invalid.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your stay before the scheduled departure date, then you are required to pay the total cost of the scheduled stay, as required by law.

Check -in / -out
Check-in hours are 13:00 – 00:00, while check-out takes place between 08:00 and 10:00.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of your reservation prior to the arrival date, you will be charged with 30% of the total cost of accommodation, ie with the advance payment. In case of cancellation of your stay during your vacation at Avaton Resort, you will be charged with 100% of the total cost of the scheduled stay.
